Oil & Water 2.0 – Four Impossible Revelations with a Borrowed Deck

Oil & Water 2.0 reimagines the classic plot through four consecutive impossibilities, all performed with a completely normal deck – potentially borrowed, unprepared, and with no gimmicks or secret materials.

The spectator shuffles, cuts, and handles the cards under the table, freely and out of the magician’s sight. Despite these extreme conditions, the impossible unfolds:

The Four Revelations

Oil & Water
Red and black cards refuse to mix and naturally separate.
Orientation
The performer predicts in advance how many cards face up and face down.
Colors
The exact number of red and black cards is revealed.
Values
Finally, the total point value of the cards is announced – without ever seeing them.
